Rose Kerwin Obituary-Death News; Missing Rose Kerwin Found Dead In Mississippi River

During the investigation into the death of Rose Kerwin, whose body was found in a river close to Pakenham, Ontario, in November, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two individuals with first-degree murder. Rose Kerwin is considered to be missing.

Two days after a body was found in the Mississippi River, on November 13, the missing person report was filed for the individual who was fifty years old.

Kerwin’s body was identified by the authorities, who at the time believed that her passing was being investigated as suspicious.

Marcel Lapensee, 56, of Carleton Place, Ontario, and Samantha Osborne, 23, of Iroquois, Ontario, have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Kerwin, according to a news release that was published by the Ontario Provincial Police on Tuesday.

They were set to appear in court on Tuesday for a hearing regarding bail.

Along with the fact that Kerwin’s vehicle, a blue 2013 Mazda GX sedan, has been reported missing, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) had previously said that Kerwin was last seen in Carleton Place.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said on Tuesday that Lapensee and Osborne had been charged with further counts of sexual assault, forcible detention, and issuing threats against at least one additional victim. Authorities in charge of law enforcement are continuing their investigation into Rose’s death.
