Following his graduation from Illinois State University in 1990, Michael Crosse’s educational career started at Montini Catholic from 1983 to 1987. Subsequently, he pursued his studies at Columbia College Chicago, obtaining a BA in Marketing in 1992.

During his professional career, Crosse worked for ARAMARK Refreshment Services for five years, from 1998 to 2003, as the Sales Director. He showed proficiency in prospecting, creating internal sales strategies, developing new business prospects, managing budgets, entertaining clients, and creating elaborate presentations for high-end customers in this capacity.
Crosse then took on the role of General Manager of Gateway Cable Company, where he worked for two years, from 2004 to 2006. His duties included managing every facet of the business, from sales and customer relations to supervising a group of twenty workers. After that, he moved to Hostway Corporation’s Channel Sales division, where he worked for two years, from 2006 to 2008.
Moving further in his career, Crosse worked for two years at James Tower as a business development executive—from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, from March 2010 to April 2011, he worked for SingleHop, Inc. for a year and two months as the Senior Sales Manager and Channel Program Manager.
Crosse then took a position with Centare in Chicago as Director of Client Solutions. After serving as Sprinklr’s Director of Channel Development for a year and a half, from February 2019 to July 2020, he went on to work for Datrium as a Channel Sales Specialist. Subsequently, Crosse offered his proficiency as an Automation Anywhere Partner Account Manager.
